Peaches + Goat Cheese + Bacon


Fact: Everything is better with bacon.
When I saw this recipe on my friend’s food blog, I knew I had to try it. I mean… BACON! on peaches! it’s awesome. Trust me.


  • 20 grams white sugar
  • 20 grams brown sugar
  • 4-6 slices of bacon
  • 4 matured peaches
  • 3 pinches of rosemary
  • 70 grams of goat cheese

Preheat the oven at 190C and mix the sugar.


Slice the peaches and remove the pits.

Set them aside and get a pan that you can put in the oven.

Get the cat to taste the bacon. Yes. Gata approves.

Fry the bacon until crispy and set it aside.

Strain the bacon fat in the pan. We’re going to use that to drench the peaches.

Give the peaches a shower of bacon fat. They like that. oh yeah.

Both sides. Make sure it goes everywhere.

Add the rosemary and bake them for 5 min with the sliced side down, and then another 10min with the round side down.

Take them out of the oven and immediately add the goat cheese and the bacon. Leave the rosemary in the pan. Serve right away.
